We always endeavour to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is normally a valid reason and you will be informed. Please be patient.
If you have to cancel an appointment, please try to give us 24 hours notice. This enables us to allocate the time to someone else.
If you miss two appointments and give less than 24 hours notice, we may not be able to complete your treatment or offer you NHS care in the future.
If you are in pain, please telephone as early in the day as possible. This will help us to ensure that an appointment is arranged with the minimum of delay.
